We would like to update supporters on some important changes to matchday arrangements at the stadium.
Since the start of the season, uncertainty around expected attendances meant that we initially sold season tickets for the West Stand only. At that time, movement between the stands was permissible. However, due to safety reasons, migration between stands is no longer allowed.
Following a review of attendance figures, we are pleased to confirm that the South Stand will now be open for all remaining home fixtures this season. Supporters who originally purchased a West Stand season ticket but would prefer to relocate to the South Stand can now do so on a permanent basis. To request this change, please contact the ticket office with your name and client reference number. Once processed, you will receive a new digital ticket for the South Stand, and your West Stand ticket will no longer be valid. Please note that movement between stands will not be permitted.
To improve matchday catering options a burger unit has been installed in the South Stand (located within the smoking area) and will open 10 minutes before half-time, ensuring all supporters have access to similar food and refreshments.
We also want to acknowledge that recent changes in terms of migration policy have caused frustration, and we appreciate your patience whilst matchday arrangements have been clarified.
We kindly remind all supporters to adhere to ground regulations at all times. Whilst we recognise that frustrations can arise, abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards any member of staff will not be tolerated. Our staff are working hard to assist everyone and deserve to be treated with respect. In addition, please note that all children under 16 years of age attending matches must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Finally, with our next home fixture scheduled for 12th April, any supporters wishing to make a permanent move to the South Stand must contact the ticket office no later than 12:00pm on Friday 10 April to ensure the change is processed in time for the Batley game.
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
